You should get some kind of notice every time you get a new pack of cards for your tournament library

Also, you should be able to trade with other tournament/league players for cards they've gotten in the draw.

Actually, that was discussed before and the answer "no way" was given. It'd be too easy for people to make another account and trade all the good cards over to another.
