I read on the homepage that a "Battle draft" was created on July 6th. How do you creat or join one of those? |

Yeah it needed some further tweaking to be fun. It will be back up soon. |

This is back up now but there is no post about how it works now. When I asked in-game, someone explained that you no longer keep the cards you play, that it costs less to play, but there's a gold payout. As I see it, this format is completely and entirely useless. My vote is to stop devoting resources to trying to get this format going when it's utterly terrible. |

I don't really want to pay money for something until I know how it works? Where can I find such info? |

That was directed at alphabet. I'll add a wiki entry for battle drafts soon. but basically you and your opponent share hands. there are 14 cards in the hand. the deck is 6 packs from 2 domains. It is pretty fun. The strategy is very different than normal since there is a lot more of doing things to hamper the enemy since you know what cards he has. you can use power to enter it also. |

I think the only problem with battle draft is no one really know's how to play it. And for most people 100g is alot to spend to give it a whirl. If it was an option under custom games, I'm betting you'd find alot of people finding it fun to play. And after people were familiar with the style of play probably see the occasional money match same as Keep Cards Drafts, Zwar Gokken, and Shark Tanks. |

no i haven't played battle draft since the changes. there was no way to find out how to play or if it was the same as before... i have 8 power and 148g, and don't want to spend close to half of my currency to try a format that i can't find the rules for. but if the main difference from before is that you don't keep the cards, how does that make it a better format? |

I think the point is that when you kept the cards you played, battle draft became a race to play the valuable cards rather than a race to win the game. I think there may also have been some tweaks to the rate at which things like domain buildings and cards were drawn to prevent starvation. |

so, how does that justify the high stakes? why can't it cost 25g to play? |
