Ok, thanks to Jed I learnt to play, I understood all the little numbers on the cards thanks the guide, i built my little precious deck and now..... there is none to play with! Do i do something wrong? Or is the game simply too young? I read about tournaments, which is your local time? |

Well, the "expensive" option are paid advertisements all around http://www.youtube.com or http://www.deviantart.com Other option could be making a dA account (like these guys have Http://mysteryofalbesila.deviantart.com ), post the artwork of the game (linking to original artists website .. and of course.. asking him for the permission first!!) and comment like mad on others work. You can also ask the artists that have worked on the game to feature you on their webpage/journal/blog Plus, uploading gamplay, and game media videos to Youtube could work, at least if you use the right keywords for people to find them! ^_^ |

The most artworks are great. I hope Jed would conider this option. |

Yeah.. plus they got featured in Digitart.. or something like that. Also... If this is an indie game, you have a huge network of indie games around the web, which can grant you a bit of promotion (free, i think) http://www.indiegames.com/ |

By the way, that me me ^^. Still not used to forums where im not auto-logged on and guest posting is enabled. What you cold try is partnering up with some other game sites, putting links on their sites to here, and links on this site to their sites. Releasing a full DL pack with help guides etc onto rapidshare, download.com, megaupload may help, as people often find games on these sites when searching for unrelated materials (such as me, searching for V for Vendetta and finding a rather nifty rts) A IRC channel could be set up (I recommend DALnet, and wouldn't mind moderating as i'm already moderating a few channels, not too much work) As the documentation wiki is been set up, putting a page on wikipedia and other such wiki sites is a good idea.] Jed, if you want any help with this kind of stuff, wait 4 weeks and i'll be free and happy to help. |
