Today just after Jed said that there's a new patch for Borderlands,
I didn't restart my client but just continue to play with the AI.
And I got That:

EDIT: Well, it's not that rare any more. Seems like this is the result of new auto-draw.

This happened to me as well yesterday, although I was playing a similar game. All of a sudden my opponent placed a Warren construction site. I think he was playing Default Sylvan.

Weird and sort of funny.
