subject is not a typo

Anyone else feeling a bit... well unenthusiastic that new set actually lowered the number of decks played? (certainly viable decks, that people tend to play)
Big part of it is the ramirez do everything feel of DL, and forced metacounterpart building dwarves.

Ive tried joining the boredom craze, and even combining undeaddorfs.
Latest deck that i just made just emphasises the whole thing (hey i can be a munchkin too you know : ) Deck is in another thread. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1644

So have i just had enough / exhausted deck ideas that arent lolrandom / need to play more people (where are they?)....?

It's definitely possible to run other domains. None of the 4 decks I play these days carry any MF or DL, and they all seem to be reasonably competitive.
I agree that these two domains seem to see more than their fair share of play, but I'm not sure it's because they're objectively more powerful.

aye, yaron is correct. MF and DL aren't only posibilities even though I must admit, these have an edge and with their flux speed ups are the most deadly ones. (usually)
But I still know several annoying sylvan decks (Lycanthropy was finally discovered. And curse Arcane Adjustment!) and ask KingSlaughter for some good Chaos.
They just aren't so visible, but they are there.
And I really don't know what's in between low ranked players, there I suppose it's even more broad.

Bout time someone else discovered this. I built a lycanthropy/arcane adjustment deck shortly after bordlands came out to abuse the hell out of this. :-D

I only played it a few times because I was saving it for GC (if there was ever to be one), but I guess someone else is finally playing this combo. :-P

Yeah guys, recently played against lycanthropy, symbiote and arcane adjustment deck and was very pleasantly suprised. Well maybe not pleasantly, lol, but nice to see another venue sylvans can pursue.
I was somewhat also commenting that a bunch of players who i know have solid chaos or ic collections abandoning them cause they found dl way more competitive.
And on the other hand many never picked them up or at most dabbled a bit.
So in the end these domains are rarely played/seen.

I'm fairly certain the last thing I would abandon anything for is DL.

My chaos is for sale so I can play more sylvan or sylvan ele because that is the domain I enjoy playing. Even then I'm in no rush and am not selling my important chaos cards until last.
