Ahhhh...Nolstalgia...

I think new players (because of the surprise of what cards used to look like) and old players (just remembering the good ole or annoying days...lol) will get some enjoyment out of this game. I hope everyone will contribute their old favorites. Rules are simple, bring up a card that has been changed some how.

Remember when.....

Ascent only cost 2 flux...that was crazy...lol.

yeah... and when astridian diplomats cost 5 flux could be sacked and get salvage... and get extra spells, enchants, or critters out via ix or docs? Even the short life of Loxlorn globe taking world enchants and leaving their effects is surely missed by me. Form of vigors gaining movement tokens from other vigors and with morph to add to the extreme killing power or thunderhead reach giving domain aside from being aloft and a building base... *sigh* the good old days. Vapor mahals costing 4 flux you shall be missed. Looking back a lot has changed from ladder games, rating systems, tournaments and gaining gold. One thing would not change the strategy and skill involved to rework and adapt to these changes after all this is the ever evolving far wilds.

Good times. I have only experienced some of these moments, but they were fun(ny) nevertheless.

Remember when... Sleet Mogi was a TERRIBLE card? It cost one more flux and had one less movement...

Or remember when Thistle Falcon was an INCREDIBLE card? It had one more health AND one more movement...

The good old days of Negate were my fav!

It cost 1 flux AND that was before the age of autodraw. One could kill a few domain buildings, Negate a few more, and then your hapless opponent had no choice but to resign. After all, it is tough to compete when you have no domain... 8-) ahh the memories...

Good point Jello,

Remember when what ever domain sources you put into your deck were destroyed you done. I don't miss those days, great improvement on the developers part of having to only have to put one basic domain source in. Although I still find that new players don't know about this and flood their decks with buildings. But my favorite part about this change is that it freed up room in decks for more playable cards, great change.

I miss the days when Seat of the Essenes cost 3 flux. Or when Caprakin Warlock was MF.

O.o

That's true?! Man, that would be so awesome if it still was true. How does the picture bear resemblance to MF though?

I miss Bear Strength. :-(

(was changed to lycanthropy in Borderlands... used to be a one domain sylvan card that gave a creature +3 attack until end of round... spaff's+ bear strength + energy = ridiculous)
