This is the domain players can't play for free right now and I doubt if that's good for the game. There is also no information about this domain on the main site.

Are there plans to release them both (deck and site info)?

Well you can play them for free. You just make a draft or sealed tournament and there you go.

But we probably wont make an elemental default deck. But we are going to add more information about them to the website.
