Looking at the online card list (http://farwilds.110mb.com/cardlist.htm) it appears that there is a big disparity between domains/races regarding resource buildings (building which give domain). For example Dark Legion has 3 buildings which give domain and are common while Mountainfolk has only 1. This is a huge disadvantage for Mountainfolk players and may be one of the reasons why there are so many Dark Legion and Elemental decks now.

I would suggest that this needs to be addressed in order to make the races more balanced. A couple of suggestions would be:
1) Eliminate the 3 card rule *only* for the Domain/Base buildings that every race has. This would mean that a Mountainfolk player could have 4+ Dwarven Halls but still only 3 or less Heart of Mountains.
or (less desireable)
2) All races should have the same number of common and uncommon buildings which provide domain (and probably are bases as well).

I am experiencing this now as I have plenty of cards to make a Mountainfolk deck but I only have Dwarven Halls and 1 Heart of Mountain so in order to make a playable deck I need Blueprints, Pantheons or Astridian Diplomats.

Dark Legion:
Graveyard - Common
Altar of Ix - Common
Bone Fortress - Common

Mountain Folk:
Dwarven Hall - Common
Blueprint Spell - Common
Heart of the Mountain - Uncommon
Hadarck's Throne - Rare

Sylvan:
Grove - Common
Great Oak - Common

Elemental:
Magma Chamber - Common
Vapor Mahal - Common
Thunderhead Reach - Uncommon
* Sphere of Radiance (requires ability use) - Uncommon

Well #1 is actually in there now. The 3d version just still has the restriction on the client side. it works with flash and will work in the 3d version as soon as we get this next release of it out.

That's good to hear...thanks! Can't wait till the new beta client is more stable so I can use it on a regular basis.

Yeah but that's an advanced strategy. Controlling 6 forest squares without many buildings out is not easy to do for a newbie. Plus you better hope you get a good map with plenty of forests in general.

I play primarily MF decks, and to be completely honest, I'd rather keep Blueprint than have a specific building card. I like the flexibility it adds over a fixed card.

You are probably right. My point however is that in a 1 race deck there isn't much flexability to have with MF unless you have multiples of the uncommon and rare buildings. Seems like a problem to me if you are required to have the harder to get building cards to play this race especially for new players.

As it stands now for me I need Blueprint to dupe my in play Dwarven Hall so I am forced to spend 2 to cast Blueprint then 7 to play the Dwarven Hall for a total of 9 when most other races have a second common domain producing building that only costs ~7.

Blueprint shouldn't be considered a card for MF in lieu of the "standard" 2nd common domain producing building. It should be a domain enhancer like the aformentioned treetop Domination. In fact Blueprint seems like a card intended for multi-race decks more than single race decks.

Of course this is moot since you can now build a deck with more than 3 Dwarven Halls using the none standalone client.
