It can help to defend from fast sylv. deck. For example every base builbing (or maybe domain building) allows to have 3 units + 1 without any buildings. I think it can make game more interesting. |

You must construct additional pylons. Pylons pylons pylons pylons... I also believe that TFW does not need this particular game metric. |

On the other hand, a specific enchantment that limits the number of units seems like it would be a great idea. I can see the card getting some play from the Mountain Folk contingent, who seem to be most vulnerable to getting overrun. |
