I think the prize support Needs to be upped. I can only recall Magic online's prize support of the top of my head right now but from what I remember of the other online ccg's or cmg's I've played they were a bit more generous than Magic's more or less.

So right now the 4 man drafts consume 2000 gold and give out 180 gold in prize support thats 9%. Domain Keep has 6 players right now so 3000 gold and is giving out 504 gold, thats about 16%.

Magic Online regular draft queues gave back about 40% ,while its regular constructed queues gave back about 70%. From reading the wiki it looks like constructed and non keep
limited leagues beat the 70% it even beats online pokers 95% prize support

Babbled on too long, anyways I think the prize support for keep needs to be upped. If I'm missing something someone fill me in.

Actually you keep three packs after draft and domain keep. Three packs is 450 gold. So real pool is 4*(500-450) = 200g, but not 2000. In domain keep same calculations + 300g extra pool.

Ok I'll try to say it another way.

The draft Consumes about 13 Boosters + 50 Gold, it's prize support is 1 booster + 30 gold. The keep league is almost in the same boat.

Magic's draft consumes 28.5 Boosters and spits out 11,(at one time 12-14). Decipher's and Soe's online games were a lil bit more generous, there were others i played that were a lil bit more generous than Soe's or Deciphers prize support. You were also able to keep the cards/miniatures you drafted/opened in your sealed pool.

So anyways thats a big descrepancy from the norm, if the prize support is above average for the non keep games, why be way below par for the keep games? There the ones spending the most money in the game.

You are right. We'll increase the prize pool for the keep cards leagues and drafts.
