I know it has been discussed but I'd love to see a chatbot that we can direct queries to regarding current and future tourneys ie: send the message "next GC Prelim?" and get the time/date or another trigger to force the current announcement of the next free constructed tourney to you privately so as not to bug everyone else... |

Actually, I think I would prefer this to the current system of spamming notifications in the lobby every so often. Then I wouldn't have to wait for one of those messages, I could just harass the bot for whatever I wanted to know. Even if it was something really simple... like if you say ANYTHING to the announcement bot, it spams your chat box with whatever the latest news and events are.

That would work well enough too. I don't know how the chat system is run in the client, but I remember the old IRC chatbots and they have been ported over to other chat systems too, so perhaps it's possible. Sun's idea of a "player" always in the lobby who always replies to any incoming private chat with all of the announcements would work fine too. |

could even name it something like SarsAI so the rest of us can see how bad we are against the it. |
