Leagues is what I was mostly referring to. In any event, it sounds like the answer is 'no.' And I will assume such until informed otherwise.

Is there anything in place to stop people from creating two (or more) accounts and playing against themselves in the tournaments (or just to better their odds) to get gold? I hope so. |

The only problem with this is that playing two games at once doesn't double your odds, it takes them to zero. try playing two games at once; it sucks. not only that, but if you're good and you join a pay tournament, you effectively are hurting yourself. assuming you can get 1st a decent percentage of the time, 1st is the only thing that pays out well so you've effectively paid for a second spot for a greatly reduced payout. it's really not a big problem when you think about it. the only exception is leagues which still don't work as advertised and people can play the same person over and over. |
