I've been trying to pick the game up by just playing it (and what the basic intro demo showed) but I still am not seeing how certain things work....

1.) How many turns are there in a "Round"?

2.) Some of my cards have "19 days" in red superimposed over the picture, what does this mean?

3.) The creature Carrion Feeder has a ability that has a purple globe with no cost next to it. When I wanted to use this ability there didn't seem to be any way to use it...even though I was next to a corpse...?

4.) What is the benefit of cycling a card?

5.) I read a lot about playing for free. Is it possible to get a collection of cards so you can play in tourneys other than sealed/draft? What are some ways to get gold for $0.00 investment?

6.) How long has this game been around and who created it?

7.) How many cards are there? Are future cards going to be released in sets?

8.) Are there plans to add a new race or two in the future?

1. There is no limit to the number of turns. The round ends when both players pass
2. Thats a phantom card, its not useable in tournaments and will go away in 19 days.
3. The purple globe means dim, so it has to be undimmed to use the ability
4. If you have 7 or more cards at the start of a turn you wont draw another one, so its usually a good idea to cycle your worst one.
5. The gc prelims are free and have gold prizes, free intros give cards as prizes and you can play ladder games (fight similiar player) which have gold prizes.

7. There are 289 cards, you can see all except the 4 starter buildings in the market. I think there's plans for a new set but i don't know anything about it.
