Hey just curious what cards do people find the most annoying or frustrating to play against? I have some ideas but I just want to check and see what you guys think.

The BEST common cards of course! Lysis, hailstorm, ascent, and negate.
Excluding those however, I've found Yalrinian Fiends to be one of the most difficult cards in the game to deal with effectively. The only time I've ever won with one on the board was when I was able to kill all the rest of their creatures, so they couldn't see anything to burn me with it.

Negate. 1 Domain. 1 Flux. Common.
No real drawback aside for return of flux. Now if it were two domain, cost two flux, or returned 2X flux, it'd be a bit less annoying.
Lysis costs two domain and can't be cast every round with just one flux well. Hailstorm damages your own buildings and creatures too. Ascent lets you recast eventually.
Ivory spire too. Can capture 3 flux wells (giving +3 flux and more than offsetting its high casting cost). Allows for insta-builds over too wide an area. With 4 strength, fast moving creatures aren't usually enough of a counter. Compare it to more balanced buildings like the Eye of Varexes (costs three domain, two in DF) or Epicenter (costing three domain, and constant mana to feed). I'm not sure why it's green either, especially given how well it combos with Bamboo Towers (another balanced card since the low health offsets the cheap cost and high visibility).

Dimwitted Manticore. Usually if it was placed near your base this mean that your building will be destroyed soon or a bit later And if you had more than one most of them will be destroyed.

Well the Manticore has 3 attack with 50% chance of dealing damage (so an average damage of 1.5 per turn). Assuming it doesn't wander away from your buildings and out of range, that's an average of 4 turns before a 5 health building gets destroyed. If you can't take out a 4 health creature next to your base in 4 turns (5 if you include the turn it was brought in), something's not right. Annoying, of course. But frustrating?

I don't mind lysis or ascent that much , Each race should have a signature power spell for dealing with creatures...the thing that bothers me the most are the fast cast buildings and powerful creatures.
Thistle Falcons and Hell Cats seem to give me the most trouble. Bamboo watchtowers, if you dont find right away almost always ensure that you are going to be behind on flux the whole game.

if you think falcons are bad now... you would've hated them before.
there's a difference between cards I hate most and cards I find most frustrating.
most frustrating are those that you just can't do anything about. things like spectacle decks, hollow's eve, anything aquatic, etc.
things that I hate are usually things that are too powerful compared to other race's their alternatives like beacon of celador
