So I'm waiting for my new computer before I go back to TFW, and haven't actually seen the guild system/joined one, but my understanding is that the functions will be fully developed at a later point (at least, according to the TFW homepage). To see what it could do in the future, see, e.g.,

Being so fresh (and so clean clean), TFW has the potential to really expand/set the standard for what should be expected out of Guilds. Go to that thread and post anything and everything you'd like to see happen.
