but I have to agree, just don't play that domain like I did, if you get crap. Lost gold hurts less than destroyed nerves.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER choose Elemental for domain. I really wanted to start building an elemental deck for constructed/EC's, so I decided to go elemental for the latest domain league.

I was skeptical because I know how poorly balanced elemental is in terms of creature distribution. I can't tell you how many times I've played free sealed and had less than 3 creatures even if I have 25+ elemental cards. Yes, this can happen in the other domains too, but it happens at least 4-5 times as much in elemental for me.

Welp, my 3 packs for this domain netted me a whopping 11 attack power across all my elemental creatures and I don't have any UA creatures. To top it off, I have no Sunburst, no Lightning Bolt, and no Mogi Tower. So basically I can't kill anything.

My creatures and their attack powers are:
3x Cinder Mogi (1)
1x Flame Ent (4)
2x Anemoi (1)
1x Wind Mogi (0)
1x Mana Lion (2)
1x Dusk Efreet (0 vs. anything but aloft)

Number of creatures per domain:

Sylvan - 30
CI - 32
MF - 29
DL - 30
HoC - 32
Ele - 23

There are many times in Free Sealed's that Elemental has a crappy distribution, but at least you can run 2 domains to overcome this shortfall. Running it in domain league though is just asking to get screwed.

on the other hand, I've played against eles in domain and every other turn Flame Ent jumped out - that was really scary. But I admit, it's rare, and I've played once for ele too.. well, it wasn't any worse than my common draws are, I never get playable deck, but I at least got 2 Twisting Intentions, so actually it was one of the best draws I got so far..
and I've played jed's ele domain deck, it just rocked =-O
