Haven't bought yet, but want to.

This is what's stopping me.

1. No option to buy a "random" card back. This game compares itself on other websites as comparable to MtG, but doesn't have that feature. I liked buying booster packs simply for the chance.

Fix: add option to buy random booster packs.

2. Unstable cards. Since there is no massive in-house playtesting to vet cards, I understand the need for rebalancing. However, my confidence in my purchase is shot once cards become unusable.

Fix: Step 1. Thoroughly playtest all new cards Step 2. FULL refunds for directly purchased cards (be accountable for your cards, it's part of integrity. Would you invest in a company with questionable integrity?), that being said, ZERO refunds for cards bought in the aforementioned booster packs.

Two concerns aside, here are the two things I like most about the game

1. Phantom cards. Great way to experiment with cards. Definately helps me figure out which ones I'd buy. <--- this statement helps you make money

2. Game speed. Relatively quick games = more enjoyment. <--- More enjoyment = more money $$

Suggested improvements
1. more music. I like your current music, would like to hear more.
2. more card diversity
3. more AI game modes with greater phantom cards if you win i.e., I love the challenge of 1v3 AI, wish I gained 3 phantom cards if I won... or even two.
4. Put a few more "tricks up the sleeve" of the AI

1) You can buy random packs. Market tab -> purchase pack.

But if you are going to purchase packs consider joining domain league since you get random packs and also a chance to win your gold back.

2) See other long thread about this. We are buying the cards back from the people that are still upset.



New set is coming in september.

in the market tab i only see links to buy starter armies. I assume that you'd have to buy one of those premade decks and then supplement it?

edit- i'm retarded. I see the link, I thought it referred to the starter packs above.

From the other thread, I understood that the reimbursement wasn't full, it was partial.

edit2 - saw your newest reply on the other thread, jed. i believe you made the right choice. I plan to spend some money.
