What kind of statistics regareding games would you like to see in TFW? (Please, keep this clean and mention only statistics relating to games and not, say, the market or whater. We can add other posts for other areas.) Games - How many times you've played against someone with wins and losses stated (Can show up when you mouse over someone's name) - How many events you have partcicipated in and how many games you've played in those events (EC, Domain Leagues, Constructed etc.) - How many games you've won/lost due to resignations, glory, disconnections etc. - Rating curve (Some kind of simple diagram could do it) I'm sure there are many others. Please feel free to add suggestions |

Definitely missing here what Shlumiel and others are trying to get in for a long time (including me): - How many of my wins are against AI |

It would be interesting to see a graph of my rating... to see it's ups and downs...remember the days of compete noobdom as well as when I used to have a higher rating. I'd also like to see the rating pre and post borderlands set. I wonder if it would be possible to show the average rating level of your opponents... Someone with a high rating who ONLY plays players rated under 1200 vs someone with a high rating who almost always plays players rated above 1500... even if those players have the same rating, one of them will be far more formidable than the other. |

I dunno about graph of rating... that might be painful. A slow, slow descent from not playing enough to keep uncertainty down, and with a high uncertainty, each loss having an increasingly larger impact while wins add very little because of rating difference. Wins against people would be a valuable number. Would you believe I've only played ~400 games? And ~75+ of those are probably AI? And I also think it'd be neat if the person who's beaten you the most times is listed as your "Arch Nemesis". Not sure what to call the person that you've beaten the most... maybe... "Preferred Quarry" or something like that. |

Great ideas, all of them. Voices wrote: - How many times you've played against someone with wins and losses stated (Can show up when you mouse over someone's name) It might be better if this one could be turned off / invisible though. It would make far too depressing reading. |

I would love this. It would make for compelling reading as well as providing a way to decide for or against zwars. |

Statistics I would like to see: #of games won/played against computer #of games won/played against human players #of drafts won/played #of sealed won/played #of keep cards won/played #of games won/lost in leagues #of 1sts,2nds,3rds, played clashes total gold won/spent in tournaments total power won/spent in tournaments Also awards to show off for reaching certain numbers would be fun. |

I especially like angel's ideas. Awards/achievements are a great way to provide a little extra incentive. I might also suggest stats like: # of times you've beat a 1600+ player % of times you play someone in your bracket [+/- 50 points] % of times you play someone much weaker/stronger than you [more or less than 200 point difference] |

I believe EVERY game would benefit from lots of statistics. For example, lets take a look at a standard win/loss statistic. Then we can be more specific.... vs AI, vs opponents with a higher rating, vs opponent at a given 100 rating range(like 1000-1099), type of win like glory, time out, surrenders. Others will be based on time like how many won within 35 mins, and average wins per listed minute graph(43rd minute=3wins, 44th minute=2wins) Wins with particular decks(based on deck names, not cards), wins againts specific individuals, and so on so forth. Then do losses. After that, lets say gold. How much gained per week(based on ladder reset), how we gained it, yadayada. Lastly, make statistics public by option as not everyone may wana shout out their stuff. We can give basic statistics for free, and you can pay x gold to get access to a gazillion different statistics for your account. Btw, if possible, we can even go crazy by giving even more statistics. When you check your current deck and mouse over a card, it will give 3 statistics. The [card instance/total deck amount] and % chance of being in your opening hand, and in brackets after the 2nd one, the % of being in a mulligan if not in the 1st hand. Or in our "library" we can mouse over it and see how many kills and death it has done, or zombies raised(journeyman necro) and all dat. People will pay gold for this, im sure. |
