I just started thinking about it when we were on the topic of starting ratings. I'd like to suggest showing our current ratings ranking for Constructed and for Limited.

In order to weed out non-active players, you could just rank all players with Uncertainty <= 100. It could be displayed along with Rating and Uncertainty. For example:

Constructed:
1123 (62) #83

Limited:
1386 (51) #27
