I say continue advertising on normal gaming sites. I wasn't a good TCG/CCG player originally, but I brushed up thanks to this game.

What I had a hard time a about was losing to the experts every single time. I beat the shit out of the AI, got some phantoms, made a cool deck, and though "YEAH! I COULD OWN ANYBODY WITH THIS!". Bam, first user game agaisnt noob_mexican (I think). I lost, duh. The problem with this game's transition stage is A) you have to have played TCG/CCG's before or B) You have to be EXTREMELY tenacious to come out as an above average player. I think simplifying the game with an "Are you new to this kind of game?" option would help too. Also, a campaign series (like a main story campaign that runs a few days, which we have none) and handicaps would be useful.

I think a big part of the problem is that many players get angry when they lose. So I think new players should be forced to win at least 20 games aagainst the computer before they can play real players. Since it is hard to lose against the computer they will feel that this is a game they can master and hopefully continue to play.
