Hey All,

Ok im still pretty new to this game but have gotten into it a lot so far! But, I think a few ideas might help with new player activity and retention. Me being a new player has looked for ways to get more into the game with tournaments and activities to help my skills and to hopefully win some money to get some cards.

Heres where the suggestion comes in, I think there needs to be a separation with the new players and the "veteran" players. Because with the Free Intro league going bye bye the only way that ive been told to get cards or money is to win the tournaments and Clashes, but out of the 4 i have been a part of the same people are winning them ALL the time. Your at a definate disadvantage when your playing your pre-built deck and your going up against one of these "veterans", its not to say its impossible to win but highly unlikely. So it leads to why bothering because youll never win and get gold to buy cards. So you start to loose interest.

So maybe have 2 seperate tournaments, one that only allows say people with 100 or less wins join and one for those over 100 wins. Also maybe have the Free Intro league back and only players with 100 or less wins can join it as well.

Thats my newbie 2 cents, comments, other suggestions?

did you check out the ladder system? viewtopic.php?f=1&t=784
it was designed specifically so that people could play against people of similar skill and still win gold.

Didnt know how the ladder system worked, but sounds great to me. I still think something should be done with clashes and tournament things thou because who wants to keep playing ladder games over and over, its nice to mix it up.
