I was playing against two other people and one guy mentioned that he was color blind and didn't notice that I controlled more wells than he thought. If a number were placed in the middle of the colored flux well circle, it'd make it easier for people like him to see.

This probably doesn't come up in outside of multiplayer. I can see it being a little helpful for team play too, if it were the same team number in different colored wells.
