 Post subject: Alternate Version of Construction Site

I think we should try this Alternate way to do construction sites. The old construction site worked like this:
Site starts with 2 HP. If not damaged during the round Site gains 2 HP. Once site is at full HP (which is 8) it will be replaced with a:

The proposed new way is this:
Site starts with 4 work counters. Any round the site doesn't take damage it loses a work counter. When the site has no work counters it will be replaced with a:
and it has 3 HP

In general I was feeling it was a bit too easy to lay down construction sites far in front. Then your opponent has to spend a lot of time dealing with the thing. The idea is that you should really only be able to lay construction sites where it is safe to do so.

Anyway we will try it for a while. Please tell me what you think.

The one building I can see this change most affecting is the Steam Charge.

That building is pretty much an offensive building. I like the sound of the change though, seems like it's gonna be good. Can't wait to see how it actually plays.
