Not really a bug, just a possible source of confusion.
Form of Vigor's text says:
"... moves or attacks Form of Vigor gains..."
Should be:
"... moves or attacks, Form of Vigor gains..."
Without the comma there, it might get interpreted as meaning that the opponent has to attack Form of Vigor for it to get the token.
