Please list cards that need to be fixed and the reason why they need to be fixed in this thread.
Undead Octopus:
Problem: Missing words and ungrammatical sentence
Fix: A Creature damaged by Undead Ocotopus is moved into the same space as Undead Octopus and is then destroyed
(Actually, thinking about this card made me think about the key words 'damage' and 'space', both of which need some sorting out, I believe.)

About missing words - those were fixed, but not uploaded yet (there was bug with keywords containing spaces in it such as "Land Creature" and "Battle Ready").
I added "...and is then destroyed." but can't agree with the rest, since not all creatures are affected by this ability and your version with {A,Land Creature} instead of Creature is not very good (makes it unclear what happens with non-Land Creatures). Wording would be:
If Undead Octopus damages a {A,Land Creature} that Creature is moved into the same space as the Undead Octopus and is then destroyed.

Agreed with that Altren.
One tiny remark here though: Part of the desciption is "same space as the Undead Octopus". My command of the English language is not good enough, and my ability top explain issues having to do with grammar bears this out, so I am not entirely sure about this, but shouldn't the 'the' be deleted here? (I also put that in bold to make it sure what I am referring to.) It just doesn't feel right to me to have it there but I can't explain why...

This is correct. It's not just some undead octopus, that is its name. With proper nouns, "the" should not be used.

Am I right, that description should be:
