In a game today I used Misscribed Circle to get the only adjacent dwarf away from a Frost Wyrm. Should control be lost immediately? The other player was able to maintain control and attack with the Wyrm but lost control when it moved away from the spot it was in, so I'm thinking the Misscribed Circle perhaps didn't register that the dwarf was no longer there for the Wyrm.

sounds like a bug to me.
in regards to frost wyrm, it's unclear who has control when there are two adjacent dwarves (of different control).

In that particular case I'd say that either the one who previously had control maintains it. Otherwise I say it would be more fun to say while they struggle for control, it's uncontrolled just as a flux well is uncontrolled while both players claim it.
