i think this should only be fated if you have a creature on the board.
otherwise, autodraw forces you to draw this even when you dont have creatures on the board.
it should be programmed that if you have warren in hand and vessel of cathil in hand, and you have a 2 chaos domain creature in hand, you should be autodrawing another warren (or equivalent card).

To elaborate further: if you have 1 warren in your deck and 1 or more vessel if cathil, and 2 domain creatures in your opening draw, you are stuck. you cast warren. vessel of cathil gets autodrawn. no matter what you cycle, you are stuck.

(another option is just to remove the fated characteristic of the card)
