I had just lost my imperial Keep and had a Trade Routes and an Astridian Diplomat in play. I didnt draw another imperial Keep. I had all the flux I needed and lots of cards that needed that third domain and a base.

Weird, because I have been experiencing the exact opposite. There are sometiems instances where i keep drawing a basic building over and over even though I already have 4 domain levels (which usually covers all the cards in my hand). This is really annyoing.

Forgot to say that I did autodraw some Astridian Diplomats instead of the Imperial Keep (base) I wanted.
