Is it intended that this card is essentially immune to most enchant removal? If you disenchant or negate it, the other end remains and can just be reattached. From the text "Enchant creature and building" it seems like it should be a single enchant applied to both and thus have both ends removed by a single removal card. I don't know how this interacts with silver stagg. If a stagg is next to one end can you still use it on the other end?

Only thing that Stagg does to Draknor's Chain is that it can't be activated from Stagg's hex or the adjacent hexes. It can still be activated from the other end, so even Stagg is basically no use here unless the opponent can't see the other end.
I feel the chain is a bit too powerful because of this, as negating would actually benefit the opponent, stagg is no use and disenchant is no use. Only thing that works for it is Restore Nature's Balance, and although I like the card and use it in many decks, I honestly don't think its usefulness / cost ratio is good enough to use in a competitive deck.
