In ec...Opponent cast Legs on his Warren...Guilded Organ was cast earlier and then destroyed...After destruction of Organ I couldn't disenchant the Legs on his Warren...Not sure if it was because of bug not recognizing destruction of Organ or Warren being a new card and not having the ability to cast Disenchant on it in any situation.
Thanks Guys, hope it helps!

It doesn't matter where you cast it - on new card or old. What you seen in log when you was trying to cast it. Are you sure that there wasn't 2nd gilded organ?

I can confirm disenchant(and other similar cards) bugs on two instances.
The first was me trying to disenchant charm. Tried over and over with no succes.
The second emancipate was having trouble arcane adjusting a deathmark from a creature I mind transplanted that he enchanted with deathmark. It took him several tries but he did eventually succeed but I still think this is a good example of enchantment removal difficulties.
