this may be a general fear bug but i am not sure about that
when trying to attack a creature inside the heads radius of fear the prompt line said "red imp attacks rebelius surf" but what happened was that the imp moved next to the surfs, the surfs were not damaged and the imp was dimmed - this was obviously not a misclick because in that case it would have said "red imp moving"
if a creature cant attack because of fear than it should not move and lose a turn when attempting to
