Im not certain that this is a bug, but this is what happened: I enchanted a building with Drake Lair and lost controll of it. Then I moved Silver Stagg next to it, expecting to regain controll but I didnt. |

And Drake Lair description is clear - Drake leaves play if Lair leaves play. In your case it should be something like - Drake Lair gives you Drake while Lair is in play. |
