Can't attack (may be bug with speed).

I selected Xosan Heresiarch on screenshot, Thistle Falcon just attacked my graveyard, but I was't able to attack it. All hexes under figures is plains.

nothing abnormal there, he doesn't have the speed to get close enough and attack (remember creatures have to move around buildings)

They can move through friendly buildings. Mine do sometimes at least.

Any figure can move through any other friendly figure. Any figure can move through not attacked aloft figure.
