I was able to build a moat around a friend of mine using this guy once. It was hilarious.

There doesn't seem to be a button for triggering his special ability |

He has Isolation(1), which means you can't have a figure of any type in any adjacent space in order to use his ability. All you have to do is left click and hold the mouse button for a second to bring up the figure options, then click the orange star. |
