Negate Glitch

I cast an Emerald Spring with my last 4 flux, and my opponent cast Negate. My building went away, and I still had zero flux... and it was not put back in my pool at end of turn either.

Got same issue. opponent negated my dwarven hall construction site, and no flux were returned. Maybe it caused by casting cost of construction site, which is 0.
