Not sure if it is my misunderstanding of the mechanics or a bug, but if you have a creature adjacent to a Spring it heals to full health at the end of the turn. But the Putrid's explosion happens after that healing, wiping out the weenies anyway...

It not happening after or before. It depends on what was created first.

is it first in last out? or viceversa?

All actions happens according to creation order. So, if purtrid zombie was created earlier than Spring then zombie die and explode first (creatures dies at end of round action) and after it Spring will do it's end of round action. If zombie was created later than Spring then Spring do end of round action first and healing creatures, but then zombie explodes and kills all creatures.
