Also, chat written in one game is viewable across all games. While this is useful to reach a person already in a battle, it is a pain when unnecessary and irrelevant chat is spamming a busy battle.
An example is 2 4 person games happening simultaneously. 4 person games tend to be chat intensive, but with two happening, the amount of chat would make it very hard to keep track of a conversation.
