A card idea I came up with while messing around with ideas about mages. There should be 2 Spellbooks per domain (including UA), making 14 total.
Basically spellbooks are meant to give creatures new abilities that can help the player, but often have sleep tokens (and sometimes other costs) in order to limit their power.
Spellbook of Pyronics Enchant Creature Cost 1 UA 1 ELE 2 Flux Creature gains 2 sleep tokens. (2 Flux): Dim Creature and Spellbook. Create a Flamekin adjacent to creature. Spellbook gains 2 sleep tokens.
Spellbook of Construction Enchant Creature Cost 2 UA 4 Flux Creature gains 2 sleep tokens. Dim Creature and Spellbook: Destroy 2 Ruins and create a Lawn Gargoyle adjacent to creature. Spellbook gains a sleep token.
Spellbook of Dispelling Enchant Creature Cost 2 UA 3 Flux Creature gains 1 sleep token. Dim Creature and Spellbook: add 3 sleep tokens to creature. Destroy Target enchant.
Spellbook of Sparks Enchant Creature Cost 1 ELE 5 Flux Creature gains 1 sleep token. (1 Flux) Dim creature and spellbook. All spaces adjacent to creature take 1 damage.
Spellbook of Nature: Enchant Creature Cost 1 SYL 2 Flux (2 Flux) Dim creature and spellbook. Target three spaces are Greened. Spellbok gains 2 sleep tokens.
Spellbook of the Trees Enchant Creature Cost 1 UA 1 Syl 3 Flux (1 Flux) Dim creature and spellbook and give creature a sleep token. Target forest spawns a Sapling under your control.
Spellbook of Necromancy Enchant Creature Cost 2 DL 2 Flux Creature loses 1 max health. (3 Flux) Creature and Spellbook dim and gain a sleep token. Two corpses are morphed into Zombies.
Spellbook of Vampirism Enchant Creature Cost 1 UA 1 DL 4 Flux Creature gains a negative vision token and a negative health token. (3 Flux) Dim creature and Spellbook. Target Non-vampire creature you control with less than 1 health is healed to 1 health. It now has vampire.
Spellbook of Blessing Enchant Creature Cost 1 UA 1 CI 3 Flux Creature gains 2 sleep tokens. (1 Flux) Dim creature and spellbook and give both entities a sleep token. Target CI Living Creature gains a random stat token.
Spellbook of Psionics Enchant Creature Cost 2 CI 2 Flux If enchanted creature is not a Psion, Creature becomes a Psion and gains 2 sleep tokens. Dim Creature and spellbook: Give creature 2 sleep tokens. Target Non-Psion creature becomes a psion.
Spellbook of Volcanics Enchant Creature Cost 1 MF 1 UA 4 Flux Creature gains 2 sleep tokens. Dim creature and spellbook: Add Volcano to your hand and gain 2 flux. You lose 2 flux at the end of the round.
Spellbook of Geomancy Enchant Creature Cost 2 MF 2 Flux Creature gains a sleep token. Dim creature and spellbook: Target a hex. One random hex within 2 spaces of that hex becomes a mountain. Spellbook gains a sleep token.
Spellbook of Mutation Enchant Creature Cost 1 UA 1 HoC 3 Flux Creature gains a sleep token. Dim creature and spellbook: Target non-mutant creature randomly gains 5 positive or negative stat tokens and is now a Mutant. You lose 1 flux at the end of the round.
Spellbook of Disorder Enchant Creature Cost 1 UA 1 HoC 2 Flux Creature gains 2 sleep tokens. (2 Flux) Dim Creature and spellbook: Target non-building Entity this turn becomes neutral until next round, where it will revert back to it's current controller's side. It cannot be attacked nor can it switch control to either player's side while unaligned.
