Enchant Spaces (3)

Each Space enchanted has webbing, should any land creature cross the path of this space, they end their movement, and take a perminant -1 Speed Penalty. Should any aloft creature cross the path of this space, they end their movement, and lose all movement.

This could be fun with movement cards... (magnetic mountain, teleport, etc etc)
