Captain picard doesn't exist in TFW. He's in the Shadow Realm.

A little captain picard exists in everything kick ass. Including chuck norris.

I think anyone would like having cards named after themself.

Id probably make it a point to use it in every deck.

So true. Also, some of those ideas were used in Borderlands (Verdic Benevolent and Psychotic Break just to give an example)

Enchant World
When a new creature comes into play, enchant it with Training. You cannot play Enchantments. This World Enchant MUST be destroyed or removed first before anyone can target others. When this card is destroyed or removed, all players have a random enchant added to their hand.
