Interesting idea. Heck, I think you could even get away with having it cost zero. There are a bunch of new cards that cost no flux to cast, and this would make it more playable. |

I'd either make it last casted wins or that they just negate themselfs. Rather last casted - because I cast it, the other one countercasts his one, but now I'm first to pass thus first to go next turn |
