Seems balanced. Im against it being straight forward though. Mind transplant may be cheaper at times but it takes getting the right draw to make it so. Its actually pretty hard to cast sometimes.
So I would make it harder to cast. I would even consider adding target creature with cost less than 5 but more than 2.

Or, you could maybe make it not "guaranteed". i.e., there's a chance you'll get control, and there's a chance it will just become uncontrolled. Just because you give me a bribe, doesn't mean I'm not going to stab you in the back.
