Just so it doesn't get abused too much, I'd almost consider calling it something temporary-ish sounding like "Gravity Well" and give it lifespan 5.

I would prefer all land creatures without hover lose 1 speed.
All creatures with hover lose hover
etc.

I also like the lifespan idea.
Would be pretty cool though.

Uber made a good point, would just more boost CaveTrollish decks with almost no creatures .. =S
Maybe give it a limit that you must play, say, 5 creatures, before you can cast this? :-P

More building destruction cards should be made.
