When I read the name of this card, I envisioned an ability like "If town crier is adjacent to a building you control, and can see an enemy figure, dim to move any creature you control on the board adjacent to town crier."

Dooo it. But call it "Sound the Alarm"? A town crier for me is not a watchperson, but more like a herald or newsboy.
