When Economies of Scale is in play, all Creatures with casting cost of 3 flux or greater cost one less flux to play.

let's make it a 2/2 sylvan elf creature that costs 3S and call it a Krosan Drover instead. and instead of 3 flux, make it 6 flux.

Let's not, since this is colorless, and affects both players equally, and is also not a creature.
