D3 Uncommon Enchant Spaces (3) Each Space enchanted has webbing, should any land creature cross the path of this space, they end their movement, and take a perminant -1 Speed Penalty. Should any aloft creature cross the path of this space, they end their movement, and lose all movement. "Come into my parlor..." |
