I'm not sure what domain this should belong to - probably dark the idea is that this is an an enchantment that causes a targeted land creature to move or possibly be teleported to the nearest ocean - I think causing the creature to move depending on it's own speed and on terrain is better this should have a lifespan of about 4 rounds and so if it causes a creature to move (not teleported) a creature with high health and far away from an ocean will be "occupied" but not always killed while creatures with low health close to oceans probably will be killed once the creature is in the water it stays there until the end of the enchantment's lifespan the card should have a low to moderate casting cost - something like two domain and three or four flux
