Since this is balancing week I will take the oportunity to say that I really hate Tap the Flux Line. Not played against it more than once, but I used it aloth in the Beta and know that it is a really boring way to win. It encourages people to play very boring decks, and I do think it is OP too. If I had some of these I would learn more people to hate it, but I dont.
Suggested fix:
1. make a totally new card. 2. increase flux cost (suggest 6, wont matter much to the building decks) 3. must be cast 4 spaces away from existing flux well (instead of just 2)
I think my first suggestion is the best:)

What about spawning it in a random spot 3 spaces away from an existing flux well?
What about spawning it in a spot that's 3 spaces away from a controlled area?
What about spawn one in an uncontrolled space adjacent to your controlled area and another in an uncontrolled space adjacent to an enemy's controlled area?
What about the new well does not produce flux?
What about the new well actually drains 1 flux like Bronze Statue does (sucking the life out of one your flux wells)? So you get the glory but lose the flux.
Just thought I'd toss in a few more suggestions...

I think cost 5 would work, along with random creation at least 2 spaces away from any flux well. Fair IMO.
