like all 2 target cards course of destiny stays in play if one end is disenchanted - although annoying when played against you i dont have a problem with this feature. the problem is that when a creature at one end is disenchanted its still bound to the second end until a new target is chosen - I personally think this is a bug although some people disagree
anyway - if it isn't a bug than its just wrong

Then you also should fix case when one end is disabled, or at least let figure with disable enchantment move away (and keep restrictions for 2nd figure).
