Not sure if this is a bug, so I'm posting it here. Here's the set up:

A Pine Ent has been enchanted with icy encasement, much to my dismay. Parked right next to it is an enemy unit. I get a Silver Stagg adjacent to it. My Pine Ent is able to move wherever it would like that round; however, it is not able to attack any enemies, either over a few spaces or the one without moving.

Presumably, Silver Stagg removes all the effects of icy encasement, not just the speed-to-zero. That would include the "armor" and the "cannot attack."

Thoughts?
